RockyGrass Music Festival – Sam Bush, Henna Tattoos and Leave No Trace

At the end of July, KEEN visited Lyons, Colorado for the 38th Annual RockyGrass Music Festival and the third stop of the Elements “Playgrounds Re-imagined” tour. We donated and sold nearly 200 pairs of Florence and Rockaway flip flops in support of the Bluegrass Foundation. All proceeds were put toward building solar panels so next year the Wildflower Pavilion (on site) will be able to create and store its own energy.

Before the festival was over we were able to get backstage and catch an amazing Sam Bush Band and RockyGrass finale under a beautiful full moon.

Rockaway flips on display, adorned by some beautiful Henna foot art.

Seth Warren of Elements addressing an engrossed group of youngsters about the value of environmental conservation.

Big shout out to all that helped with an amazing festival this weekend. Thanks for keeping us safe!

We teamed up with Leave No Trace by supplying prizes for the cleanest campsite challenge and offering a spin on the KEEN prize wheel to every person who signed up for a LNT membership.
